This traditional blend combines field-fresh leeks (Tareh), fragrant parsley, delicate dill, and aromatic fenugreek, gently dehydrated to lock in deep herbal aroma, verdant color, and natural flavor.
Herb-infused rice (Sabzi Polo) is an iconic pillar of Persian dining, famously served on New Year’s Day (Nowruz) alongside fried or smoked fish, as well as with roasted chicken and lamb shanks. Tiar eliminates the tedious prep of cleaning and finely mincing armfuls of fresh greens. Simply rehydrate the dry mix in warm water for 10 to 15 minutes, drain, and layer directly into parboiled rice before steaming.
