Experience the unmistakable crunch and savory depth of Dowlat Hamburg Pickled Gherkins Super Special (خیارشور سوپر ویژه دولت). Natively known as Khiar Shoor, this premium preserve uses only the smallest, finest hand-graded baby cucumbers (Tiny grade), renowned for their exceptionally crisp and firm texture.
Steeped in an authentic brine of 11% distilled white vinegar, 3.2% refined table salt, fresh wild tarragon, garlic cloves, and spicy chilies, they deliver a signature Middle Eastern flavor profile. Free from added sugars, they offer a purely savory, tart, and herbal finish with an addictive crunch.
