Carefully prepared using firm, medium-sized cucumbers, this traditional preserve is infused with a aromatic brine of vinegar, fresh tarragon (Tarkhoon), whole garlic cloves, and mild peppers.
Thanks to their tender yet firm texture, these cucumbers are exceptionally easy to slice and dice. They are the essential ingredient for traditional Olivier potato salad, homemade sandwiches (Kotlet, beef cutlets, sausages), juicy burgers, shawarma wraps, and grilled meat platters.
